• As per government regulations, valid photo ID must be presented by all guests aged 18 and above. Accepted IDs include Drivers License, Voter’s Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Guests without valid ID will not be permitted to check in.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

• Room tariff includes all taxes. Optional services (e.g., room service, mini bar, snacks, telephone calls) will be charged at check-out.

• Hotel Chitra Executive reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests posing as a couple without valid identification

• The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to local residents.
